G-Train Health & Fitness is Canberra’s premiere outdoor training service, specialising in bootcamp, one-on-one personal training and small group fitness. Every week at G-Train you will run, weight train, box, develop core strength, and sweat through a fun and intensive range of exercise circuits. All classes are conducted by G-Train’s experienced trainer-in-charge Gavin Jeffries.
