G-Train bootcamp offers an exciting physical conditioning exercise program that combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one training with the motivation and comradeship of a group workout environment. G-Train bootcamp is held rain, hail or shine and is a fantastic way to challenge yourself and work harder than you ever imagined you could. Not only will you improve your strength, increase your fitness level and achieve weight loss, at G-Train bootcamp you will have fun too!
Boxing, cardiovascular training, and circuits are combined with a unique blend of physical challenges, motivational games and fitness activities. The exercise is in outdoor settings – out of gyms – so that G-Train’s courses take the emphasis off the exercise. They’re designed to keep you motivated not just throughout the session, but throughout your month-long program.
Sessions take place at three fantastic locations: Lake Burley Griffin, Lake Tuggeranong, and coming in February 2012, Belconnen.
