Here at G-Train Health & Fitness we know from experience that clients needs differ enormously – nothing is ever assumed. So when you book in with us for an individual personal training session, you can be assured it’s going to be uniquely tailored to your very own fitness requirements.

G-Train’s individual sessions are run one-on-one or in very small groups – with the focus very much on personal goals. These personal training sessions are particularly great for weight loss, improving muscle definition, toning and firming, increasing energy levels, specialised sports programming and enhancing fitness pre- and post-pregnancy.

G-Train's personal training sessions are run both in and outdoors, with the recent opening of G-Train's own private cardio training studio ensuring every client receives a perfectly tailored session when they book in with G-Train

G-Train Personal Training sessions are priced at $80 per person per hour, or book in for two or more sessions with G-Train and receive a $10 discount on your hour session - so $70 per person per hour.
