G-Train allows you to train in a social environment which encourages motivation amongst all participants, making you want to actually attend class.
Over the past year I have thoroughly enjoyed the program Gav offers, with every month providing different exercises/routines targeting all areas of the body. I have noticed a change in my physique and remarkable improvement in my overall fitness, which would not have been achieved if I were to simply go to the gym by myself.
I would encourage anyone who is wanting to make notable changes in their health and overall fitness to get involved with G-Train - it is well worth it!

I started afternoon boot-camp at the end of 2007, and then in 2008 I braved the morning 6.30am class, even though I've never been a morning person. Most people who know me thought it would never last, but I even went through the winter months. I became a 'convert' and tried to talk everyone into joining me - but I couldn't make anyone else do it.
It's not a miracle cure - I'm still a plus 40 woman with some curves I never used to have - but it's fun, energising and I can beat my 14 year old son in an arm wrestle! If you're thinking about exercise & don't like the idea of a gym, try it - you're bound to surprise yourself. I did!

I started boot camp almost a year ago, and have been doing it ever since! Bootcamp is a great way to get fit and stay active and I could feel the improvement in my fitness even after the first month.
Gav makes sure everyone of all abilities feels comfortable, but challenged at the same time. The program is always varied and each session provides a different work out, from boxing to weights to running up Mount Ainslie! I've found there is a lot more motivation to go to bootcamp than there ever was to go the gym. G-Train is fantastic value for money, the groups are friendly and supportive and it is a great way to start the morning.

Gav provides more of a social group with exercise benefits than a 'Boot Camp'. The sessions are friendly and inviting, however still allows you to go as hard (or easy) as you want. He provides a well balanced program which encourages you to work all areas of your body (not just the bits you would normally do when you are being lazy in your routine - if you are anything like me!). G-train fitness classes were my gym alternative as I had wasted a 12 month gym membership not having a great level of internal drive where fitness is concerned. I found the small class structure very motivational. It is quite personal so if you don't show up the shame factor is a strong motivator at the next class. After exercising by myself I had reached a point where I needed something else to get fitter. G-train was highly recommended by a friend and it turned out to be different to what I expected from a boot camp. More gentle encouragement than yelled orders and a group of fun, supportive people to enjoy exercising with. The sessions are always varied and allow you to build up fitness at the speed you desire.
