I started afternoon boot-camp at the end of 2007, and then in 2008 I braved the morning 6.30am class, even though I've never been a morning person. Most people who know me thought it would never last, but I even went through the winter months. I became a 'convert' and tried to talk everyone into joining me - but I couldn't make anyone else do it.
It's not a miracle cure - I'm still a plus 40 woman with some curves I never used to have - but it's fun, energising and I can beat my 14 year old son in an arm wrestle! If you're thinking about exercise & don't like the idea of a gym, try it - you're bound to surprise yourself. I did!
