Gav sports an impressive list of qualifications and achievements, including Cert III & IV master trainer, Cert I & II track and field, Cert I strength and conditioning, Australian Athletics Representative, 400m World Junior Finalist, Pierre de Coubertin medal holder for excellence and sportsmanship, and Australian Institute of Sport Scholarship Holder and Representative – you are assured to be in very capable hands when you start up at G-Train.

Whether you're participating in the bootcamp program or undertaking one-on-one personalised training, Gavin will be there to encourage and motivate you every step of the way – keeping you accountable throughout the entire program and encouraging you to compete only against yourself. With this individual attention you will accelerate towards your own personal goals!
