Gavin is the brains and founder of G-Train Health & Fitness, he enjoys surfing, long walks on the beach and a push up every now and then
With a passion for staying fit & healthy, Steph recently joined the G-Train team to share her love for fitness and challenge other bootcampers.
Ex G-Train Boot camper, turned instructor, Michaella is both a trainer and nutritionist, keeping everyone looking and feeling great!
With a background in Track & Field, Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science and Nutrition and currently completing a master’s degree in High Performance Sport, Matt brings a wealth of experience and knowledge!
