So what exactly is Boxing Bootcamp?

G-train's Boxing Bootcamp is a great way to get rid of your frustration and get fit at the same time! 


Our boxing classes will challenge you and give you a whole body workout. Each Boxing Bootcamp is different to keep you on your toes with a focus on technique, upper body and core strength and cardio fitness. It's suitable for all fitness levels, whether you're wanting to get fit again, want to to mix up your fitness routine or just want a challenge - Boxing Bootcamp is perfect for all.


Classes are run every Tuesday and Thursday morning and evening in our outdoor gym - down around the parliamentary triangle and Lake Burley Griffin rain, hail or shine! 


Boxing Bootcamp is run by certified personal trainers and boxing enthusiasts; so if you've never done boxing before don't stress we have all the skills and equipment necessary to keep you motivated and fit.   


All classes meet together with our normal bootcamp in the large carpark behind Questacon. In the event of wet weather head to the normal meeting spot in the carpark and we'll direct you to a dry training spot!
