PERSONAL TRAINING

G-train’s individual sessions are run one-on-one or in very small groups so that we can focus on helping you to achieve your personal goals.

We know from experience that client’s needs differ enormously so when you book in for a private session with us you can be assured it will be uniquely tailored to your own fitness requirements and goals.


Our personal training sessions are fantastic for weight loss, improving muscle definition, toning and firming, increasing energy levels, core and flexibility, improving strength, fixing running technique, specialised sports programming and enhancing fitness pre- and post-pregnancy. We also have a number of personal training clients who come to us in the lead up to events such as half-marathons and marathons.
